This is followed by Korean wings, meatballs along with lobster rolls. Antonia is the anchor for this bold array of tastes. The success of Lofaso has been judged through her ability to remain true to herself while still knowing her viewers. Her unforgettable performance during Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars was a celebration of her distinct personality outside of the kitchen. She also has a talent that keep shining in front of the camera. She is Judge on the CNBC's Restaurant Startup and in regular roles in Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child as well as ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso teamed up along with Penguin in 2012 and published The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Recipes to make Delicious homemade Meals. The book contains her personal story of how she dealt with the difficulties of studying at the French Culinary Institute and raising Xea. Lofaso says that the passion to achieve her goals stems from her love for the kitchen, and it's in this way that she has a unwavering fingers on the pulse. Through her Chefletics brand, she's making a difference in the design of her field by designing chefs' wear to be fashionable and practical.
