LeBron Raymone James Sr. born on 30th December 1984, is an American professional basket ball player for the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). The nickname is King James he is widely thought to be one of the best players of all time and has often been compared with Michael Jordan in debates over the best basketball player of all time. James has won four NBA Championships, Four NBA MVP Awards and the four NBA Finals MVP Awards and three All-Star MVP Awards. He has also won two Olympic Gold Medals. James has scored the most points during playoffs and has and has the second highest number of career points and has the seventh most ever assists. James has 18 NBA All-Stars, 18 All NBA Teams, and five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. He has competed in ten NBA Finals the third most of all time, with eight games in succession between 2011 and 2018. James joined part of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. In 2022, James became one of the few NBA player to reach 10,000 career points. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio. James was feted by the national press as the future NBA super star. He was in the process of becoming a professional and was selected as the highest selection from the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft of 2003. As the NBA rookie player in 2004, he established his name quickly as one of the most elite athletes in the league, receiving the NBA MVP award for the 2009 and 2010 seasons. He was unable to secure the championship Cleveland James left in 2010 as a free agent in order to become a member of the Miami Heat this was announced during the TV special The Decision and is among the most controversial free agent decisions throughout sports history.
