Bella Poarch
Bella Poarch is a Filipino born to biological Filipino parents. She was born the 9th of February in 1997. Her mother was raised in the slums by her parents before she reached the age of 3. Her adoption was later completed. The parents she adopted are American white with military training and her mother is Filipino. She claims she and the adopted brother that she was with were subject to abuse by the adoptive parents since when she was young until the time that she joined the army. The family moved to San Francisco for a few months, where they lived with their aunt before moving to Texas when she was thirteen due the need of her father to undergo bypass surgery. She claims that the physical assault subsided but she was still dealing with her father's mental abuse at home. She enlisted in the United States Navy when she turned 18. Poarch launched her TikTok page in April of 2020. Within less than eight months, she'd amassed over 40 million followers. Her videos were uploaded in a variety of formats, however the most popular was a music video featuring Millie B's viral song Soph Aspin Send. A zoomed-in clip of her lip-syncing rhythmically to the melody and jumping in time to it became a viral clip that became TikTok's top-rated video. Following her joining TikTok, she created a YouTube account as well as one on Twitter to increase her fame. Twitter one in order to boost her popularity.
